At EasyClickBuy, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:
- Foot alignment socks / toe separators
- Posture corrector belts worn against the skin
Walking sticks and mobility aids may be returned if unused and in original packaging.
How to Request a Return Email us at sahilmal507@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be dispatched and cannot be cancelled.
